the Federal Government Of Nigeria instituted the National Biotechnology Development Agency (NABDA) for the purposes of coordinating biotech research amongst institutions.
This is not enough!. The biosafety bill must be passed. This act, amongst other things would encourage foreign investors to setup biotech industries for employment of its teeming youth population..
